THE REAL ESTATE/INSPECTION PROCESS (TYPICAL):

1) Buyer and Seller agree to conditional Purchase Contract.

2) Buyer has 3 business day Attorney Review period.

3) Buyer has 10 business day Inspection period.

   3a) Buyer Chooses an Inspector.

   3b) Buyer, Inspector, Selling Agent and     Listing Agent agree to inspection date and time.

   3c) Buyer Downloads, prints and completes the Pre-Inspection Contract.

   3d) Inspection is performed.

   3e) Buyer pays Inspector at end of inspection via credit card, check or cash.

   3f) Buyer receives Inspection Report(s) within 24 hours electronically (*.pdf format).

   3g) Buyer/Agent(s)/Sellers negotiate Inspection results, if applicable.
