• Buyer and Seller agree to conditional Purchase Contract.
• Buyer has 3 business day Attorney Review period.
• Buyer has 10 business day Inspection period.
• Buyer Chooses an Inspector.
• Buyer, Inspector, Selling Agent and Listing Agent agree to inspection date and time.
• Buyer downloads, prints and completes the Pre-Inspection Contract.
• Buyer brings copy of Seller Disclosure to the Inspection.
• Inspection is performed (3-4 hours on-site).
• Buyer pays Inspector at end of inspection via credit card, check or cash.
• Buyer receives Inspection Report(s) within 24 hours electronically (*.pdf format).
• Buyer/Agent(s)/Sellers negotiate Inspection results, if applicable.
